I’ve spent years studying wine and nearly as long learning to make it feel like an invitation rather than an exam. I hold a WSET certification and have worked behind the scenes at a vineyard in France’s Rhône Valley, but the credentials aren’t really the point. What I care about is the evening itself: the moment someone tastes something they can suddenly name, the ease that settles over a table, the sense that wine is a pleasure meant to be shared rather than a subject to be tested on. Whether you’ve never considered what’s in your glass or you already know your way around a list, my aim is the same — to make the experience warm, personal, and quietly unforgettable.
